Job Description

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Organizational strategies, Goals and Objectives (HR Operations)
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues (Employee Engagement)
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital (Performance Appraisal)
  • Attendance, Leave, Insurance management, Full & Final Settlement (Salary Processing)
  • Voluntarily partner with hiring managers/business leaders to identify talent capability and capacity gaps, set talent acquisition strategies, develop action plan to acquire right talent in minimum time and use systematic approach to achieve desired objectives (Talent Acquisition)
  • Salary processing and Salary compliance (Tax computation, Tax savings, Form 16, PF, ESIC)
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Nurture a positive working environment

Preferred skills

  • Good managerial skills & leadership qualities to manage & drive the HR function for the organization.
  • It will be good to have a person coming from an IT company which is grown from 100 to 1000 employees.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role in senior capacity with minimal supervision.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Should have an affinity for traveling and should frequently take the opportunity to visit Mumbai office and interact closely with the teams in Mumbai office of Winsoft; as well as enthusiastically travel to campuses that are identified for talent sourcing.

Educational Requirements

MBA with Human Resource Management or Personnel Management as specialization.

Technical & Professional Requirements

Leadership skills, Skilled in all round HR function and ability to bring change
