  • Someone who has 10 + year of application support for Software/product development.
  • Strong proof of activities conducted as mentioned in the responsibility area.
  • Strong hands on Reporting and Number driven decisions. ITIL Process implementation knowledge Product development.
  • Ability to Review of process and identify Gaps and increase efficiencies in Experience in Release management.
  • Experience Daily, Weekly and Leadership reporting of Metrics related to App Support.
  • Experience in planning client communication during planning, Managing and controlling the Issue.
  • Good Understanding of SDLC.
  • Strong Experience in Ticketing tool and knowledge and experience in bringing changes to the tool for better tracking and reporting.
  • Strong Reporting and presentation skills.
  • Preferred experience from Product Company.
  • Experience in definig KRA for team and running the team. Schedule/ Plan Define activities, Sequence Activities, Estimate Activities for Application Support.
  • Experience in Getting KB articles Created.
  • Reducing number of incident for the clients.
  • Worked on client facing Production Support Model.
  • Experience in handling end to end for products Support.
  • Strong Stakeholder and Customer handling skills.
  • Good understanding of Coding Concepts
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Strong examples of team handling and building.
  • Logical and Analytical Thinking
  • Identify Probable technology issue ahead of time and drive the solutioning.
  • Proactively look for process improvement opportunities, challenge conventional practices, and adopt new methods and best
  • Practices Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices
  • Financial or Mortgage industry expertise preferred
  • Certification on Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Six Sigma.

Required Technology Stack

  • Experience in Setting up centralised Application Support,
  • Should have required technical knowledge of SQL/Oracle, Dotnet and Java needed for AppSupport.
  • Should have handled AppSUpport Team in the Past.
  • Metrics Reporting,
  • Strong Analytical reporting skills.
  • Experience in making decentralized structure to Centralized Structure of Support.

Educational Requirements

Required BE or MCA,ITIL Certification
