Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with strong testing fundamentals and experience in manual testing. The candidate should have a good understanding of SDLC/STLC and the ability to design and execute test cases effectively, preferably with exposure to the Mutual Fund domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects, including planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet business goals and regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration across departments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Mitigate risks and manage project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on time.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure effective use of project management tools and methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Required: Testing Fundamentals, MS SQL / MSSQL

Soft Skills

• Good communication and understanding skills.
• Presentation skills are an added advantage.

Domain Knowledge:

• Exposure to the Mutual Fund/ Banking domain is preferred.

Education:

• B.E / B.Sc. (Computer Science)

Certification:

• ISTQB or Software Testing (preferred)
