Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, and network systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system installations, and basic network management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble computer systems
- Perform hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and servers
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot:
- Microsoft Windows (11 and Server versions: 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025)
- Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS – Mandatory)
- Manage software installations including:
- .NET Framework
- MS SQL Server/Client
- Visual Studio
- Email clients
- Handle LAN/WAN network troubleshooting and VPN management
- Manage antivirus systems and ensure endpoint security
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Perform patch management and system updates
- Monitor servers using standard monitoring tools
- Work with virtualization tools such as KVM
- Follow ITIL processes and best practices
Mandatory Skills
- Linux installation and troubleshooting
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN & VPN)
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments
- Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN)
- Knowledge of:
- Fstab, fdisk
- Runlevels and Targets
- Vi & Nano editors
- Basic understanding of virtualization and server monitoring tools

Educational Qualifications
- Graduate in a Technical Degree (B.Sc./BCA/BE or equivalent)
- Certification/Training in Hardware & Networking (preferred)
