Sr. Application Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 application support for BFSI applications.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in production environments.
  • Support and maintain application infrastructure across Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
  • Manage incident tracking, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of support tickets.
  • Ensure application availability, performance, and stability.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows command-line operations.
  • Experience with SQL Server (2016 and above) and SQL queries.
  • Hands-on experience in issue debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Tomcat administration and support.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
  • Good communication and email-writing skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
  • Working knowledge of IIS and Windows Server 2016 or higher.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Vendor coordination and stakeholder management experience.

Domain Preference:

  • Banking or Financial Services domain experience.

Qualification:

  • Any Graduate
