Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 application support for BFSI applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in production environments.
- Support and maintain application infrastructure across Linux and Windows platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Manage incident tracking, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of support tickets.
- Ensure application availability, performance, and stability.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows command-line operations.
- Experience with SQL Server (2016 and above) and SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience in issue debugging and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Tomcat administration and support.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
- Good communication and email-writing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
- Working knowledge of IIS and Windows Server 2016 or higher.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Vendor coordination and stakeholder management experience.
Domain Preference:
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
