About the role:
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and data-driven Digital Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team for minimum 1 year training at Pune location. This role offers hands-on experience across social media marketing, SEO, content creation, bfsi product understanding, email marketing, paid campaigns, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute marketing campaigns efficiently.
- Ability to quickly understand and grasp product concepts, as the role involves working with feature-specific IT solutions in the BFSI domain. Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills are essential.
- Manage and create content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis
- Help create blogs, website content, email campaigns, and marketing creatives
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Assist in running paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Support website updates and landing page content creation
- Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign execution
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Hands on in content creation and email marketing
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid ads is an added advantage
- Strong written, verbal, reading and communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office / oogle Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus
