Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and technical skill sets for IT roles (developers, testers, analysts etc.)
- Source potential candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, and social media)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker
- Build a strong pipeline for future hiring needs
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends and IT market insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of IT recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminologies (Java, .NET, SQL, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hiring for IT product or service-based companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Educational background in IT or related fields (e.g., BSc IT, BCA, MCA) is an added advantage
