IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and technical skill sets for IT roles (developers, testers, analysts etc.)
  • Source potential candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, and social media)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker
  • Build a strong pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay updated with current recruitment trends and IT market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of IT recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminologies (Java, .NET, SQL, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hiring for IT product or service-based companies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Educational background in IT or related fields (e.g., BSc IT, BCA, MCA) is an added advantage
