Sales Manager/ Business development Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B software product sales and services within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by consistently generating and managing high-value revenue streams on an annual basis.
  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while ensuring a consistent pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Develop and leverage a strong network within the BFSI and Executive corporate leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth deal closures and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Good Presentation skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Must have Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional selling and negotiation skills in B2B software product sales and services within the BFSI domain.
  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, self-disciplined, and proactive approach
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding the sales target
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Exposure to digital marketing strategies and tools is an added advantage
