Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade desktop, web, and API-based applications. The role requires a combination of hands-on technical skills and leadership capabilities to drive development initiatives, ensure high-quality code, and effectively support business requirements within the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable desktop and web applications using technologies like .Net core, .Net, Angular, React, Golang and devops.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and WCF services.
- Create, optimize, and manage stored procedures and database objects in MS SQL Server.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and application architecture.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to support and enhance BFSI domain applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, including production support.
- Drive continuous improvement through code reviews and adoption of new technologies.
