Job Description

  • Good communication – Written & Oral
  • Should be able to manage most of the employee queries independently – verbal as well as written
  • Act as the HR point of contact for Mumbai office
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Should work in Employee engagement
  • Should manage Employee Onboarding & exit process
  • Should have working knowledge of Attendance, Payroll & Statutory compliances
  • Letter preparation, BGV process
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly events coordination

Educational Requirements

MBA – HR, Knowledge of MS office
