Job Description
- Good communication – Written & Oral
- Should be able to manage most of the employee queries independently – verbal as well as written
- Act as the HR point of contact for Mumbai office
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Should work in Employee engagement
- Should manage Employee Onboarding & exit process
- Should have working knowledge of Attendance, Payroll & Statutory compliances
- Letter preparation, BGV process
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly events coordination
Educational Requirements
MBA – HR, Knowledge of MS office
