- Various email client installation and troubleshooting.

- Networking Related issue
- Hardware troubleshooting+ Linux + Windows + software installations+ Network LAN and WAN troubleshooting
- Development software (.Net Framework,installation and troubleshooting.
- Linux ( Ubuntu, Cantos ) installation and troubleshooting. ( Mandatory )
- Various software installations on Linux platform.
- Network LAN and WAN troubleshooting.VPN management
- Knowledge of Virtualization
- Antivirus Management
- Knowledge of hardware and software inventory maintenance
- Good Knowledge Patch management
- Knowledge following ITIL Process
- Knowledge server monitoring Tools
- Knowledge Fstab,fdisk,Runlevels and Targets, Vi & Nano editors

Educational Requirements
Technical Degree (Graduation) + Hardware – Networking Certification/ Training
